All our services come bundled with our Stratus Support as a bare minimum. We understand that times are tight, but also know that everyone needs a bit of help from time to time. Stratus Support provides you access to our Community Support form, our comprehensive Support Ticket system and business-hour access to Live Chat support.
Cumulus Support is perfect for growing organisations and businesses who want to start enhancing their operating infrastructure but might not be sure where to start. In addition to great documentation and community support, our Support staff are on hand to assist by Live Chat and our Support Ticket system until 10:00 P.M., Monday to Saturday.
Cirrus Support is our most extreme plan, for organisations where the security of an on-call 24/7 in-house IT team is mission critical. In addition to all the features of Stratus & Cumulus Support, Cirrus gives you the freedom to work your way, in your own time, knowing that help is only a phone-call or screen-share away.
What you can expect
